What are our business hours?

Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.00pm

Saturday: 8.30am - 1.00pm

Do we provide on-site quotes?

YES - If you are unsure of the size that you require for a marquee for a function, let us send the experts out to measure for you. You will need to be there to show us where you would like the marquee to be situated. We are unable to do on-site quotes any other day except Thursday. Limited areas apply for getting an on-line quote. This is an obligation free quote.


Does someone need to be present when the marquee is erected?

Generally speaking, you only need to be there for the first five minutes to instruct the delivery staff, where exactly you want the marquee and highlight to them any underground services that need to be avoided. Payment is required, of course, but from then on, the boys can work unsupervised and will even lock up when they leave.


Do we offer a delivery service?

YES - We provide a delivery and pick-up service. Please be aware that there is a delivery charge for all areas. You need to call the Office at Blacktown, on 9672 3121.

For orders on the weekend, we start to do the deliveries as of Tuesday -particularly with marquees. This gives you the time to decorate and organise the function days before the event, with no extra cost to you. If it does rain through the week, you will be glad to know that the ground underneaththe marquee will be dry.

As you can imagine, we can get very busy and giving times for deliveries are virtually impossible. We can however give you morning/afternoon.


Can I pick up the hired items?

YES - To save yourself more money, you have the option of picking up the hired items. This can be done on Thursdays after 3pm.


How long will it take to put up a marquee?

You will be surprised how fast a marquee can be erected. There are always a few different variables that need to be factored in though.

These include:

• Difficult access to sites
• Structure marquee or peg or pole
